Event Booking, Pricing, & Payment Questions:
How far in advance do I need to book your services?
- It is good to book me at least 5 to 6 months in advance. The date of your event is the most important.
Do you charge extra for equipment set-up and breakdown time?
- I don’t charge for setup or tear down time. I only charge from the time I start playing music to the end.
What if my event goes into overtime?
- I charge by the hour or any portion thereof.
Do you provide your own table covers?
- I do provide my own table covers, along with Tri-pod covers, pole covers, etc. All covers are the color black and pass NFPA 701 (Fire Code Test).
Do you have liability insurance?
- Yes I have liability insurance.
Can you provide “additional insured” insurance certificate?
- Yes, I can add an additional insured to my policy.
